Common questions

I deleted photos by mistake.

Deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days. Open Photos, Albums, Recently Deleted, then recover them.

Swipe Clean can't see my photos.

Open iOS Settings, Swipe Clean, Photos, and choose Full Access.

What does Unlimited do?

The free version has 50 swipes a day and ads. Unlimited is a one-time purchase that removes the ads and the daily limit. There is no subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Tap Restore purchase on the Unlimited screen, or in Settings (the gear icon). Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I delete my data?

There is no account and nothing is stored on a server. Deleting the app removes everything it saved on your phone.
