Common questions

Should I back up first?

Yes. Export a copy before you clean: in the Contacts app, or at iCloud.com, Contacts, Export vCard.

Can I see changes before they happen?

Yes. Turn on Preview only in Results, the ••• menu, and nothing is changed.

Tidy Contacts can't see my contacts.

Open iOS Settings, Tidy Contacts, Contacts, and allow access.

How do I restore my purchase?

Tap Restore purchase on the unlock screen. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I delete my data?

There is no account and nothing is stored on a server. Deleting the app removes everything it saved on your phone.
